My experience of the ASPIRE method was extremely positive. Having never been able to stick to a diet plan before, I was not overly confident entering in to this one. I soon realised this was different to any other method I’ve seen. This method enables you to manage your own nutrition, specially guided by the very well thought out food index created by Shane.
I chose the maintain programme and have stayed around the 78kg mark throughout. Utilising this programme along with my exercise routing my body composition has certainly changed for the positive. I feel leaner and healthier and much happier with my current shape then before I started.
The main perk of this method is its ease of use. After a few days you find yourself checking the food index less and less as you gain the nutritional knowledge of what food types and portion sizes to eat to reach your daily targets of proteins, carbs and fats which Shane assigns to you. The excel sheet provided is also very beneficial to tracking your progress on a daily basis.
I couldn’t recommend this method to someone more. The facebook group you will be added into has a friendly atmosphere with like minded people. Everyone asking questions and posting their meal ideas makes the journey that bit easier.
