The Aspire Method has allowed me to be mindful of my daily nutritional requirement and striving to meet these, without becoming obsessive about food intake. As someone who loves tasty food, the Aspire Method has the flexibility that I need to keep room for takeaways/meals out and treats and plenty of variety. I will keep this approach in mind forever. I am 12 weeks in. My main goal was reducing bloating/irritation in my gut. I have noticed much less bloating. Further to that, I wanted to gradually lose a little weight without making dramatic changes. I have lost 4kg and feel much more myself and more comfortable in my body and clothes. This didn’t require any drastic changes. The method provides guidelines that become second nature after a couple of weeks. This prevents over thinking and difficulty in accounting for your intake. It also guides you to allow for variability and just “live” so that you don’t have to feel “food guilt”! I would definitely recommend the Aspire Method to anyone and everyone. You only get 1 body and 1 life. So you need to look after your health while still enjoying yourself. This method allows you to do that.
