I found my experience with the Aspire Method completely stress free. Shane makes it extremely easy and is there to support you with whatever you may need. One of the most helpful things that comes with the aspire method is the Facebook community page. Everyone together, sharing recipe ideas, answering questions and supporting each other. Shane also posts a lot of extra nutrition tips in the group and also goes live once every two weeks to answer questions anyone might have.

I couldn’t believe the results the aspire method gave me. I was able to lose stubborn fat and gain muscle at the same time with ease. The aspire method completely changed my outlook on how I view my nutrition. I found myself having more energy throughout the day. Overall, I am a lot more confident in myself and I owe that to the Aspire Method.

I think what separates the aspire method from any other method of tracking your nutrition is just how easy Shane makes it. I also thought losing weight was a complicated process and that I would have to eat chicken rice and broccoli for weeks. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to change your body composition. Not having to go to effort of scanning barcodes and tracking calories is definitely the main advantage to the Aspire Method. I was able to change my body type with ease while still having a takeaway and a few drinks every weekend. Before I found the Aspire Method I used to watch people diet and have no alcohol, no social life, NO FUN, I couldn’t believe it when I was able to live my normal life and lose weight at the same time. Thank you Aspire Method.
